Monumented Land Survey
aka Boundary Survey or Pin Survey

By definition a "Monumented land survey" means a land survey in which monuments are either found or set pursuant to sections 38-51-103, 38-51-104, and 38-51-105 to mark the boundaries of a specified parcel of land.
