Colorado Engineering & Surveying, Inc has the single largest private collection of survey records in Colorado. This library consists of Improvement Location Certificates, Land Survey Plats, Improvement Survey Plats, Subdivision Plats, Condominium Plats, Topographic Surveys, ALTA Surveys, and As-Build Surveys. But the vast majority of records are Improvement Location Certificates (ILC's) of properties primarily in the front range area of Colorado within the counties of Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, El Paso, Elbert, Gilpin, Jefferson and Park.

Since 1972 we have been working with clients who provide mortgage-lending and real estate services, in that time copls.com has developed a library of several hundred thousand improvement Location Certificates. This allows us to complete an ILC more rapidly and less expensively than our competition.

This library consists of privately prepared land survey documents (in excess of 300,000) dating back to 1972, which are available for a small fee.
